We offer a 100% refund within 3 days of signing the contract, allowing you to cancel before any work begins.

During Development Refunds

  • To ensure fair compensation for work completed, refunds during active development will be prorated based on milestones:
    • 25% refund after basic design approval.
    • 50% refund after website completion.
  • No refunds will be offered once the website is launched and functional.

Reasons for Refund

We will consider a refund request if you encounter any of the following:

  • Significant deviation from approved designs.
  • Missed deadlines.

Non-Refundable Expenses

  • Domain, Hosting, Themes, and Plugins:
    • Expenses related to domain registration, hosting, themes, and plugins are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

  • Missing Functionality:
    • If specific functionality committed to during discussions is missing and the client no longer desires it, partial refunds may be considered.
    • The decision for partial refunds will be based on the specific features in question.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee
